We had reservations for 3 nights at the Las Vegas Thousand Trails. It was away from the strip, but after all the stress and non-stop hours getting everything out of the house in WA, and loading all that we needed for life in Vinny, and getting all the major maintenance done , we needed a couple days to totally chill and rest. We did visit the Fremont district since we didn’t get that chance when we were here a few years ago when Abby and I ran the Las Vegas Rock-n-Roll Half marathon. It was something else. Pretty raw. What I actually thought was cool was music with the full light show on the arched ceiling. We thought we would do the zipline, but it was fairly pricey for the short length that it is. Saw the Mob Museum on the way to this area in Fremont, but Barry wasn’t up it this trip. Temps were in the low 100’s! Ready to move on to AZ !
